Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests and trust. They are seeking a Product Manager for SMB Growth to define the vision and strategy for self-serve business products, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of features for the team to grow adoption of self-serve business products, including tools used by small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or similar business segments
- Partner with engineers, designers, data, research and other PMs on developing new features/specs
- Lead early-stage (zero-to-one) product initiatives in an ambiguous or resource-constrained environment
- Design and analyze experiments and use data-driven insights to evaluate product impact, inform roadmap decisions, and communicate learnings to the team/execs and the company
- Work with cross functional partners to launch/maintain features impacting Reddit’s advertiser growth
- Drive market and usability research to understand opportunities and develop strategy across user acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention funnels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or closely related quantitative discipline
