Healthcare Data Analyst / IT Data Analyst

Perfict is seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst / IT Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare claims analytics and end-to-end data analysis. The role involves working with large healthcare datasets to develop reports, dashboards, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare claims data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Write complex SQL queries and use Python for data analysis and automation
• Perform forecasting and predictive analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across reporting solutions
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Healthcare Data Analyst: Minimum 8+ years of direct experience
• IT Data Analyst: Minimum 5+ years of direct experience
• Hands-on experience with Healthcare Claims Analytics
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience in end-to-end analytics, including data extraction, analysis, reporting, and presentation
• Strong experience in report development and dashboard creation
• Experience with forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive reporting
• Ability to gather business requirements and work closely with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience working with healthcare payer/provider data
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and claims processing
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
