Business Analyst

SR Talent Solution Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in state or government client projects. The role involves applying analytical processes to IT projects, engaging with stakeholders, and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Applying analytical processes on IT projects
• Business systems analysis and design
• Identifying, evaluating, and recommending business or technical requirements
• Eliciting, defining, and documenting business, user, functional, transition, implementation, and system requirements
• Creating and applying requirement documentation standards (RTMs, as-is/to-be diagrams, use cases, user stories, narrative descriptions)
• Working directly with end users in a production support environment
• Facilitating, collaborating, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives

Requirements:

• Must have state/government client experience
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design
• Requires the possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
• Minimum of four (4) years System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience
• Applying SDLC methodologies to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements
• Eliciting, defining, and documenting business, user, functional, transition, implementation, and system requirements
• Minimum of four (4) years Complex Requirements Documentation & Lead BA Experience
• Creating and applying requirement documentation standards (RTMs, as‑is/to‑be diagrams, use cases, user stories, narrative descriptions)
• Minimum of five (5) years of Stakeholder Engagement
• Working directly with end users in a production support environment
• Facilitating, collaborating, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
