SR Talent Solution Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in state or government client projects. The role involves applying analytical processes to IT projects, engaging with stakeholders, and documenting business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Applying analytical processes on IT projects
- Business systems analysis and design
- Identifying, evaluating, and recommending business or technical requirements
- Eliciting, defining, and documenting business, user, functional, transition, implementation, and system requirements
- Creating and applying requirement documentation standards (RTMs, as-is/to-be diagrams, use cases, user stories, narrative descriptions)
- Working directly with end users in a production support environment
- Facilitating, collaborating, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
Requirements:
- Must have state/government client experience
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design
- Requires the possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
- Minimum of four (4) years System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience
- Applying SDLC methodologies to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements
- Eliciting, defining, and documenting business, user, functional, transition, implementation, and system requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years Complex Requirements Documentation & Lead BA Experience
- Creating and applying requirement documentation standards (RTMs, as‑is/to‑be diagrams, use cases, user stories, narrative descriptions)
- Minimum of five (5) years of Stakeholder Engagement
- Working directly with end users in a production support environment
- Facilitating, collaborating, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
