Glowtify is a seed-stage startup creating an AI marketing platform tailored for B2B businesses. The Marketing Solutions Engineer will focus on customer onboarding, communication strategies, and enhancing customer success through consultative support and strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding & workspace setup — Partner with Customer Success to onboard new customers: configure their workspace, set up their marketing strategy, and ensure work gets kicked off as soon as possible
- Own customers' communication strategy — Define and create content & marketing strategies for our customers. Recommend communication strategies adapted to clients reality to help them maximize their online visibility
- Accelerate deal velocity through strategic discovery & use-case realization — Sit with prospects and customers to pressure-test their marketing strategy, surface their highest-value use cases, and build the path from where they are to where they're trying to go. You turn a vague "we need to show up" into a concrete plan inside Glowtify
- Needs-to-capability mapping — Connect what a customer actually needs to what the product does best. You make the platform's value legible: translating Business DNA, strategy, content, publishing, ads, mobile app, and analytics into outcomes a lean team and operator can feel
- Consultative deal support — Partner with Account Executives on the deals that matter most. You advise prospects through their hardest questions and earn the strategic trust that moves an important deal to closed-won
- Launch & own the end-to-end QBR process — Create a repeatable framework for quarterly business reviews with customers with an approach that’s scalable, highly personalized to the client, and anchored in upcoming roadmap items & features to maximize channel adoption and product usage
- Demos, walkthroughs & training — Run the product walkthroughs and trainings that make the platform click: for prospects, customers, and internal teams. You're the product evangelist that can link features to the real voice of the customer
- Expansion on high-value accounts — Own the upsell strategy on the accounts that matter most. Spot the moment a customer is ready for more, build the case, and lead the Account Manager on it, and create trainings that turn into adoption
- Voice of the customer — Sit at the center of product, sales, and Customer Success. Carry field signals back to product, sharpen what sales says, and make sure what we ship maps to what customers actually need, and what we ship gets seen and noticed by all your stakeholders: internal and external alike
- Educational webinars & roundtables — Partner closely with marketing on educational content, participating as a key voice and product expert. Participate in webinars and roundtables that build authority, nurture pipeline, and turn the Glowtify point of view into trust
