Growth Signals is a seed-stage B2B startup focused on AI-driven strategic innovation. They are seeking a Partner Manager to manage their flagship alliance, responsible for driving engagement and growth through strategic deliverables and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build the work that wins. Architect and build platform deliverables such as agents (interactive analytical canvases), workflows, and demos that showcase a coherent strategic narrative. Elicit and derive the core problem statement, then source and structure the underlying research to produce client-ready walkthroughs. This is the cornerstone of the role
- Drive the pre-sales and delivery motion. Partner with internal Growth Signals and alliance teams through the engagement lifecycle: scoping, demo prep, live working sessions, and client presentations
- Own follow-up and follow-through. Track deals in our CRM, deliverables, timelines, and commitments end to end, ensuring nothing slips. Follow up until you have a binary (Yes/No) response
- Translate between worlds. Synthesize inputs from internal Product, Engineering, and Data Science & AI teams into clear, partner-ready communication, summaries, and recommendations
- Close the feedback loop. Gather partner feedback and translate it into platform feature recommendations and rapidly address issues and queries to unblock client delivery
- Become an independent platform operator. Build mastery in the platform and in context engineering, to eventually own deliverable production and presentation independently
- Develop assets and playbooks. Build collateral, tutorials, and a library of reusable assets such as training videos that democratize access to the platform, and turn lessons learned across engagements into scalable, repeatable playbooks and best practices
- Drive trainings and support major events. Independently run trainings and brainstorming sessions with alliance account teams and support major events the alliance plans across geographies — actively driving planning, logistics, and execution
