- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- LPN/LVN or RN license required.
- Working knowledge of all regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and completes comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) and ensures accuracy and timeliness of assessment data.
- Serves as a resource person for resident care planning activities and conducts orientation sessions on the MDS process.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and supports regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy.
