Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a 12 month fixed term (parental leave cover) TA Advisor to join our global recruitment team centralised in our Perth CBD office. We're a flexible workplace, and open to considering working hours based upon your requirements (part-time or full-time hours).

Reporting to the GM - People & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will support a portfolio within the business focused on white collar engineering related recruitment.

You will work with highly supportive business leaders and a very collaborative peer group in the recruitment function in order to deliver on the strong growth that our business is moving through. In addition, you will have at your fingertips the best ATS + CRM technology to proactively engage, attract & hire the best talent in the market.

The tasks you'll perform

• Full end to end recruitment of white collar roles within an engineering consultancy (and related areas such as project services and corporate shared services), from advertising to interviewing and offer management.
• Management of all other aspects for your designated portfolio, including role briefs, attending senior leadership meetings, presenting hiring strategies and advice, social channel branding, utilising online reference checking & assessment tools, attending careers fairs & university open days.
• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and prioritise the talent requirements of the business, working collaboratively to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Utilisation of modern ATS + CRM tech that truly makes your role of candidate engagement and management so much easier.
• Contribute to the development of engagement strategies, creating a point of difference in the market through our candidate experience.

The expertise you'll bring

• We're open to all levels of recruiters, sourcers or TA specialists, as we believe in our ability to train, develop and position respective skill sets to where their best value lies.
• An Agency or Inhouse recruitment background is needed, with a background in technical or engineering roles preferred but not essential.
• You're a dedicated candidate care expert who is passionate about what they do, changing lives and providing new career opportunities for people.
• We prefer to see someone who is genuine about their TA career and in it for the right reasons, someone who can engage people and be authentic.
• You will possess a willingness to go above and beyond, driven to provide high levels of service, with the ability to create & foster relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A desire to work with a smooth, modern, super intuitive, efficient & effective recruitment ATS.
