You will design and be responsible for the technical implementation of exciting ServiceNow projects
You will develop and design complex ServiceNow solutions
You will translate requirements into technical implementations and be responsible for implementing and configuring customized applications and modules
You will work closely with our clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
Together with your team, you will ensure that projects are successfully delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
You will coordinate with other teams, especially in the area of integrations and interfaces
You will collaborate with international colleagues
You will share your knowledge within the team and actively contribute to the development of best practices

A degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the ServiceNow environment
Very good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture and modules
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems
Expertise in at least one of the following areas: CSM, FSM, SPM or SOM
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
Experience with methods such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus
Customer-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel depending on the project (up to approx. 50%)
