Sr. Overseas Manufacturing Quality Analysis Engineer

Responsibilities

1.As the core overseas on-site quality technical expert, responsible for conducting technical analysis and root cause identification of vehicle composite quality issues and recurring non-conformities, defining measures, and driving source improvement 2.Conduct systematic analysis of the root causes of process failures for key complex issues that have occurred, formulate standardized management measures, promote the implementation of management countermeasures at the source, and prevent the recurrence of similar issues. 3.Responsible for organizing the identification of product maturity issues related to incoming materials, production processes, and complete vehicles, organizing product maturity meetings, and tracking and promoting problem improvement 4.As the interface for overseas quality technology, connect with the domestic factory's quality technology department, identify requirements related to quality technology management, and horizontally expand them to overseas factories 5.Compile professional problem analysis reports, corrective action plans, and preventive measures, guide the OEM's process and production teams to implement technical rectifications, and ensure that problems are completely resolved 6.Organize personnel related to OEM quality management to conduct necessary training on quality analysis tools, such as 8D, FTA, FMEA, QC tools, etc.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Science, or related fields. 2. 6+ years of relevant work experience in vehicle process quality and complete vehicle quality management at an OEM. 3. Proficient in the structure and assembly processes of new energy vehicles; skilled in using the five core quality tools and the 8D problem-solving methodology. 4. Possess strong logical analysis, technical problem-solving, and root-cause investigation capabilities, with a data-driven mindset. 5. Capable of independently resolving complex quality and technical issues, and well-adapted to overseas on-site independent work and cross-departmental collaboration scenarios. Preferred: English proficiency as a working language; experience in vehicle quality failure analysis and technical problem-solving during SOP ramp-up phases is a plus.
