Senior Analyst

• Analyze website performance and provide suggestions and strategy for improvements

• Test New functionalities and features introduced on website, identify and report bugs:

• Perform Business Acceptance Validation (BAV) testing in QA environment and Live testing in Production environment 

  • Prepare test report with issue description and screenshots for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Submit JIRA tickets for high severity issues and track progress made on the ticket

  •  Coordination with Dev/ IT teams to check if the issue is resolved

• Will have to work on JIRA 

• Creating weekly reports, presentations and operation metrics on resource utilization, productivity etc.
  
  Excellent communication skills

• Preferable to have experience in JIRA management 

• Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Omniture, SiteCatalyst

• Should be proficient in Reporting and Analysis

Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own
