They are hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to support pipeline development and revenue growth, providing exposure to sales strategy and client conversations in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify outbound leads across law firms, accounting firms, staffing companies, and consulting practices with 50 to 500 employees
- Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone using messaging frameworks and sequences developed by the team
- Research target accounts and contacts to personalize outreach and identify high-fit opportunities
- Book discovery calls and manage early-stage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM
- Attend local business events for networking and prospecting purposes
- Support follow-up sequences and keep contact records clean and current
- Assist in coordinating outreach campaigns tied to content, events, and partner channels
- Track and report on activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline movement
- Share feedback from prospect conversations to inform messaging and positioning
