UpCounting is a fully remote, tech-powered firm helping eCommerce and digital-first businesses scale with confidence. The Content Funnel Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a content strategy that drives client acquisition and supports the personal brand of the co-founder, focusing on performance and optimization across growth funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full content operation: ideation, scripting, production, distribution, and analytics across short-form video, long-form posts, email sequences, and webinar content
- Develop and maintain a clear point of view on the avatar and the message without a brief required. You know who we are talking to, what moves them, and how to reach them
- Build a content system that runs consistently, not just when there is bandwidth. That means frameworks, a repeatable production rhythm
- Own the content side of the growth funnel end to end, including awareness, lead generation, nurture, and conversion sequences tied to webinars, lead magnets, and high-ticket offers
- Identify what is working and what is not, make a call, and change it. You do not wait to be told, you bring a recommendation with the reasoning behind it
- Design and iterate on distribution strategies across the platforms where the avatar lives: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and email
- Track performance across content and funnel stages. Know your numbers, know what they mean, and use them to drive the next decision
- Run your own analysis. Identify patterns, diagnose drop-off points, and build a feedback loop between what you publish and what you change
- Operate inside an automation infrastructure that is actively being built. You will not build the technical layer, but you will feed it, shape what gets automated, and document your frameworks so they scale
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a content marketing or growth marketing role, with a meaningful portion of that time owning the function independently inside a coaching brand, info-product business, course business, or high-ticket service
- Demonstrated ability to build and run a content funnel without day-to-day direction. You have owned strategy, execution, and iteration
- A portfolio that shows content you have written, published, and tracked. Scripts, email sequences, posts, and webinar copy all count
- Hands-on experience with tools from the coaching and info-product world such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Skool, webinar platforms, or similar
