Job Description:
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Program Planning & Execution: Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for Pay initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- AI & Operations Automation: Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions that optimize manual operations workflows.
- Data Configuration & Problem Solving: Configure and analyze complex operational and transactional data to solve problems and build KPI dashboards.
- Cross-Functional Facilitation: Coordinate seamless collaboration between internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams and external payment vendors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, quantitative progress reports and status updates to leadership using data-driven insights.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify technical, operational, and financial risks unique to payment processing and execute mitigation plans.
- Payment Domain Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on payment systems, transactional flows, and customer checkout experiences.
Skills Required:
Product Management, Automation, Data/Analytics dashboards
- Product Management - Expected to assist with leading the product lifecycle, define user stories and product roadmaps, prioritize the backlog (e.g., in Jira), and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Automation - Expected to identify manual, repetitive tasks and implement automated workflows (e.g., using Ai tools like Gemeni Pro and LLM) to improve team efficiency.
- Data/Analytics dashboards - Expected to assist with work in progress design suggestions to build, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboard (e.g., using Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
