The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional technology initiatives through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned technology projects through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Translate business priorities into project plans with defined owners, milestones, deliverables, and success measures
- Coordinate project dependencies and escalate risks or conflicts when necessary
- Standardize project execution tools, processes, reporting, and documentation practices
- Lead requirements gathering efforts and define deliverables, metrics, and acceptance criteria
- Provide regular project status reporting, including milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and project retrospectives
- Align stakeholders, manage project scope, and facilitate effective project communications
- Support change management and stakeholder readiness activities throughout project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving technology and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks
- Experience leading geographically dispersed or remote teams
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms
