Director, Project Management - (Clinical Trials) - Oncology - Home Based

Parexel is seeking a Director for their Biotech Project Leadership team, responsible for overseeing clinical trials and managing client relationships. The role requires extensive experience in project management within the oncology domain, ensuring successful delivery of clinical programs across various accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing both client management and deliverables of clinical trials
• Providing line management and individual team member development
• Maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers
• Providing leadership as the 'go to person' for issues both internal and external
• Helping obtain new business and deliverables on time and on budget
• Maintaining client relationships
• Winning new business
• Participating in the proposal and bid defense process
