Business Analyst (Real Estate)

Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide. They are seeking a Business Analyst (Real Estate) who will be responsible for analyzing data, gathering business requirements, and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in BI tools like Tableau or Cognos for dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Strong data analysis skills to convert complex data into actionable business insights
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating executive-level reports and presentations
• Excellent communication skills, especially presenting insights to senior leadership
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Construction is highly preferred
• Self-driven, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
