Sr. Manager, Product Management - Enliven Health - Clinical Solutions

As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and business performance of Enliven’s clinical product portfolio, balancing established solutions with emerging growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategic direction and execution of the Enliven Health Clinical Portfolio, delivering measurable customer value, revenue growth, go-to-market execution, and business results while enabling strong product leadership across teams
• Provide leadership and direction to Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring clarity of priorities, strong decision-making, and effective execution
• Develop, prioritize, and evolve product roadmaps grounded in customer insights, market dynamics, competitive analysis, and financial impact
• Drive toward outcome-oriented work that supports revenue growth, customer adoption, and measurable impact
• Balance stewardship of mature products with strategies to accelerate emerging offerings into scalable growth drivers
• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and delivery risks across complex initiatives
• Develop compelling business cases, value propositions, and strategic narratives to support investment and prioritization decisions
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate strategy, test assumptions, and inform go-to-market execution
• Communicate product vision, portfolio direction, and success metrics during planning cycles and leadership forums

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years Product Management
• Experience in a healthcare/clinical environment required, with pharmacy preferred
• Experience in a high growth healthcare technology startup, ideally Series A or Series B
• Experience leading and building out teams
• Industry experience in healthcare, clinical solutions, pharmacy services, or regulated SaaS environments
• Strong business orientation, with experience driving revenue growth, commercialization, or portfolio performance
• Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, measurable business and customer outcomes
• Strong customer empathy with the ability to identify problems and propose data‑driven solutions
• Experience using analytics, insights, and market data to guide prioritization and product decisions
• Ability to identify market and industry trends that translate into new growth opportunities
• Track record of introducing new approaches, tools, or operating models that improve product and business outcomes
