They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Development Partner to expand their client base by identifying companies with hiring needs and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with companies that need recruitment support
- Build relationships with founders, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers
- Generate leads through your own network, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring needs
- Introduce companies to BrightSelf’s recruitment solutions
- Manage your own business development pipeline
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, or HR services
- Proven B2B business development or consultative sales experience
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building relationships
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, or similar
- Self-driven, independent, and motivated by performance-based earnings
