Product Design Intern

Bosmos is an agentic workforce platform designed to decentralize work and empower individuals with organization-level capabilities. The Product Design Intern role focuses on supporting the design and development of user-centered product experiences, assisting with visual design tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with visual design tasks
• Contribute to product design concepts
• Help translate ideas into intuitive interfaces
• Participate in design brainstorming sessions
• Support user and UX research activities
• Organize feedback
• Help create prototypes and design documentation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members
• Learn design best practices
• Contribute to improving the overall user experience of the Bosmos platform

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Product Design and Design Thinking, with the ability to contribute to user-centered solutions
• Skills in User Research and UX Research to help gather insights, synthesize findings, and inform design decisions
• Competence in Visual Design, including layout, typography, and basic interaction design
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and willingness to learn new tools
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, receive and incorporate feedback, and work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Interest in decentralized work, emerging technologies, and innovative product experiences
