The Customer Service Associate II is responsible for making high volume outbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Cross trains to assist with borrower follow ups
- Assists answering questions in the help desk chat
- Meets and maintains availability standards, (Production, Non-Production, Quality) and attendance guidelines
- Updates records and note system as required
- Disbursements of Property Insurance Premiums
- Handles Outbound telephone calls with borrowers, Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance in order to prevent a Borrower letter going out
- Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
Requirements:
