TWE Solutions Inc. is a technology solutions provider serving demanding customers across various sectors. They are seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring they understand the full range of services offered and driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of existing TWE Solutions accounts; serve as the primary point of contact across IT, security, procurement, finance, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Develop a thorough understanding of each customer's business, technology environment, current TWE Solutions engagement, strategic priorities, and pain points
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across TWE Solutions' full service portfolio: managed services, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, licensing, infrastructure, software, and AI-enabled solutions
- Expand relationships within accounts by engaging new stakeholders, uncovering emerging initiatives, and connecting customers with the right TWE Solutions resources
- Build and maintain account plans that document current engagement, relationship depth, and future opportunity
- Lead customer check-ins, business reviews, and planning sessions; ensure every meeting produces clear next steps and follow-through
- Coordinate across internal engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and leadership teams to deliver on customer expectations
- Track renewals, open opportunities, quotes, and action items using CRM and internal tools
- Escalate issues proactively and drive resolution with urgency and accountability
Requirements:
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B client services, with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Skilled at building multi-stakeholder relationships and translating customer needs into clear internal action
- Strong organizational discipline, communication, and follow-through
- Proficiency with CRM systems; comfort adopting AI tools to improve productivity and account planning
- Experience in technology, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or IT services strongly preferred
- Familiarity with renewals, quotes, proposals, vendor procurement, or contracts a plus
