Pax8 is a fast-growing organization focused on building the managed intelligence marketplace. The Marketing Communications Program Manager will lead global communications initiatives and partner with senior leaders to enhance messaging and execution across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for global communications initiatives, including company-wide all-hands, leadership forums, and high-impact executive deliverables
- Partner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, timelines, and outputs that land with precision and clarity
- Act as the central connector across Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless delivery
- Own and evolve intake processes, balancing workload, strategic priorities, and business needs to maximize efficiency
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and risks across initiatives—bringing forward solutions that improve scale and execution
- Support executive communication needs with confidence and discretion, anticipating requirements before they surface
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process innovation
