SoTalent is a global pharmaceutical organization seeking an Executive Director of Product Marketing to lead US brand strategy across epilepsy and movement disorder portfolios. The role involves defining brand strategy, overseeing product lifecycle management, and driving marketing initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead overall brand and commercial strategy for neurology portfolio products
- Develop multi-year strategic plans and annual operating plans aligned to business objectives
- Lead product lifecycle management, including launch strategy and growth initiatives
- Oversee integrated marketing strategy across HCP, patient, and caregiver channels
- Drive portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions based on performance and ROI
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Market Access, Medical, and Regulatory
- Lead development of positioning, messaging, and brand campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and performance analytics
- Present commercial strategy and insights to executive leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12+ years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing
- Significant leadership experience in US brand or product marketing
- Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management
- Strong financial and commercial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI)
- Experience leading cross-functional and senior stakeholder teams
- Strong executive communication and strategic leadership skills
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- MBA preferred
- Experience in neurology, epilepsy, or specialty/rare disease strongly preferred
