Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Project Manager to lead infrastructure modernization and supply chain initiatives within the Manufacturing/Retail domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure project management, supply chain operations, and Agile delivery. This role will be responsible for managing multiple cross-functional projects, including infrastructure transformation initiatives such as AIX to Linux migration, while ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure and supply chain projects from planning through execution and successful delivery.
- Manage infrastructure modernization initiatives, including AIX to Linux migration projects.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, application teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure project success.
- Drive Agile project execution by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with supply chain and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and overall project health while providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Support change management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Infrastructure Management projects.
- Strong experience leading Supply Chain projects.
- Experience working within the Manufacturing and/or Retail industry.
- Hands-on experience managing infrastructure transformation projects, preferably AIX to Linux migration.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Required Certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Contract-to-Hire environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, and IT operations.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
