The Smilist is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building relationships with passive candidates across a variety of clinical positions (Doctors and Registered Dental Hygienists). Working closely with recruiters, you will develop talent pipelines, conduct strategic outreach, and help ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to support our organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Generate candidate interest and schedule qualified candidates with recruiters.
- Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Continuously research new sourcing strategies, talent pools, and market trends.
- Assist with talent mapping and competitive intelligence initiatives.
- Support employer branding efforts through candidate engagement and networking.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or headhunting.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates is required.
- Experience sourcing within the dental or healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
