You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing various automation projects for our key customers mainly in Finland, but also internationally.
Together with your colleagues you will help our clients in their automation journey.
You will make sure you understand their business processes to ensure that project meets, or in the best case exceeds, customer expectations and support your colleagues.
The management of the project schedule, risks, budget, resourcing, expectations and scope are fundamental elements to keep the project on track and transparent to all relevant stakeholders involved.
Requirements
Have strong project management experience and interest in technology.
International Project Management Association (IPMA) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Have proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Thrive interacting with many stakeholders and ability to clearly manage expectations, both internally and externally
Speak Finnish AND English fluently
Are naturally organized
Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
