Today we support more than 6,000 accounting firms across France and our ambition is to migrate an increasing number of them to Pennylane.
They are supported by a team of Project Managers who intervene at different stages of the relationship with our partner firms ⏬
Pilot phase: the Project Manager’s role is to supervise and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of Pennylane’s pilot phase (planning, coordination, communication, initial onboarding support, workshop facilitation, building the client and staff onboarding strategy, and analysis of the project’s technical phases).
Deployment phase: the Project Manager plays a central role in ensuring the successful transition from the pilot to full use of the tool by staff and clients (planning and coordination, resource management, etc.).
Ultimately, the goal is to build and nurture a trusting relationship with our partners so that the pilot becomes a success and the deployment proceeds under the best possible conditions.
The Project Management team works hand in hand with the commercial/sales team to develop a targeted local strategy for firms within the same region. This structure provides rich opportunities to learn from and engage with a strong regional accounting ecosystem.
You will be the primary point of contact for accounting firms alongside the sales representative during the pilot phase: from testing through the lifetime of the contracts.
You ensure effective communication with your clients, understand their needs, and make sure the project meets the firm’s requirements.
You will be able to identify potential ambassadors. This step is important for building your relationship with the partner firm to rely on and strengthen a trusting collaboration.
You understand their challenges and demonstrate reliability and proactivity to support them effectively.
You are the main contact at the firm who organizes the deployment phase of Pennylane within the firm. This requires knowledge of the accounting ecosystem and the ability to build the project timeline with partner accounting firms (organize, coordinate and control all activities related to the project to achieve the objectives within the allocated time).
You bridge the gap between the firm’s “project” teams and Pennylane’s teams to address all issues related to solution deployment (training & support, etc.).
You supervise teams and allocate the necessary resources to resolve resource-related issues throughout the project.
Using our analytics tools and adopting a data-driven approach, you will be able to inform your thinking and proactively propose recommendations to improve adoption of our tool and migration solutions for our partners. This requires leveraging the right data at the right time to make informed decisions in account strategy.
