We are looking for an experienced SMSF Specialist to join our Funds Administration team in a newly created quality-focused role. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play an important part in improving the consistency, efficiency and technical quality of our SMSF administration work.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys applying deep SMSF, SIS and tax knowledge in practice, supporting accountants with practical feedback, and helping build capability through scalable training and continuous improvement initiatives.
You are a technically strong SMSF professional who can identify compliance issues, explain complex concepts clearly and deliver practical solutions. You enjoy helping others improve and are confident working across written, verbal, one-to-one and group settings. Future oriented, you are not interested in doing things the way they’ve always been done when new thinking is required to meet team and company goals.
This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a practical, hands-on role while helping others build capability and improve how work is reviewed, delivered and supported.
We’ve been providing SMSF services and products for advisers, accountants and trustees for over 25 years. With deep technical know-how, we leverage our expertise through our people, processes and platforms.
We administer SMSFs, provide documents and actuarial certificates, and use our unique place in the market to educate our partners and clients so they can make better decisions about their financial future.
Our values are Courage, Accountability, Trust, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence. We live them and recognise when they are role modelled by others.
This role can be offered as a remote position or hybrid from our Maitland or Brisbane offices. Occasional travel to Maitland may be required.
If you are ready to use your SMSF expertise to improve quality, support others and help shape best-practice administration, we would love to hear from you.
