About the Role

As a Manager in Ditto’s Founder’s Office, you will lead high-impact initiatives that improve team efficiency, drive strategic projects, and solve business challenges. This is a high-ownership generalist role, ideal for someone who can take initiative, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive outcomes independently. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute critical projects and strategic initiatives for the Marketing team 

• Identify inefficiencies and build scalable processes to address them

• Use data to track project impact and support business decisions

• Align multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively

• Present structured recommendations to internal teams based on analysis and insights

• Monitor key performance metrics and course-correct as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years of team management experience leading teams of 5–10 members 

• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills

• Strong analytical ability with comfort in working with data and dashboards

• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently

• Clear communicator who can align and influence multiple teams

• Prior entrepreneurial experience is a bonus, not mandatory

• Ability to build, hire, and coach a high-performance team

Our Interview Process: 

We would like to help you minimise your time and effort. There are 5 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 2 weeks time. 

The schedule is as follows:

1. Introductory call with HR

2.Task or Assignment

3. Presentation and First Managerial round

4. Second Managerial round

5. Founders round
