Brkthru is a leading digital media solutions provider focused on local advertisers and agencies. The Sales Development Intern will support sales strategy through research, data analysis, and pitch preparation, helping to qualify opportunities and drive sales conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Sales Development workflows, including strategy requests and recurring research tasks
- Conduct audience, market, and media research to support sales strategy and prospecting
- Assist in building out training materials, collect training feedback, and helping to create training modules
- Use research platforms to gather and interpret data related to media trends, audience behavior, and competitive insights
- Turn research findings into clear summaries, charts, and narratives for sales use
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and routine sales support
- Gain exposure to AI-enabled research tools and workflows
- Other ad hoc projects to support sales development initiatives
Requirements:
- Junior, Senior, or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, or related fields
- Interest in sales, digital media, and research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
- Curious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Available 15–20 hours per week
- Based in Michigan with the ability to come into the office at least once during the course of your internship -- for your capstone presentation in December
