SafetyChain Software is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role will play a key role in lead generation by engaging with prospective buyers to convert their interest into opportunities and set qualified appointments for the regional sales team.

Requirements:
- Have entry-level experience or background in door-to-door, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles. We value grit, hustle, and people skills over formal sales experience
- Are a coachable, scrappy, go-getter who's hungry to grow and willing to put in the work
- Willing to experiment with new tools and approaches to find what generates pipeline
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve outreach quality and efficiency
- Have strong organizational and time management skills—you can keep moving even when managing a high volume of leads
- Are a self-starter who's motivated to succeed in sales and open to feedback along the way
- Communicate clearly, listen actively, and can build rapport with all kinds of people
- Are comfortable learning and using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRMs—but no prior experience required. We'll teach you
