Oak Street Health MSO LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive customer experiences. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and friendly manner
- Listen carefully to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate and timely solutions
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction
- Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback that can help improve products, services, and customer experiences
- Consistently meet service quality standards, response times, and performance goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service training is an asset
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain patient, professional, and composed in challenging situations
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
