As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for winning and growing relationships with large energy consumers across various sectors and managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect target clients in your territory and vertical, developing strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets
- Build upon existing client and partner relationships on behalf of the company
- Attend lunch, dinner, golf, fishing and other social meetings with clients and partners
- Sell and execute multi-year energy supply contracts with heavy energy users in your target market
Requirements:
- 5+ years selling commercial electricity and/or natural gas within deregulated energy markets
- Consistent track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of executive-level connections to call upon from day one
