
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and complaints received via the MTR hotline
Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondences and notices
Assist in maintaining a database of customer enquiries
Requirements
Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in customer service industry
Positive mindset and ability to work under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Hands-on experience in Chinese word processing
Remarks
Hourly Rate: HK$95 per hour
Working Hours: 3 hours either in morning or afternoon session, 3-5 days from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)
Working Location: MTR Kam Tin Building, Kam Tin, New Territories
Appointment will be made on 12-month temporary contract terms, renewal will be subject to business needs
