MS Shift, Inc. is a fast-growing technology and business services company that helps organizations streamline operations and improve customer engagement. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect target accounts and decision-makers
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads based on ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria and buying intent
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate pipeline opportunities
- Achieve activity and meeting-booking goals
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Experience using CRM platforms Salesforce
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, or B2B services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
