About this role
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience as an Observability Engineer, SRE, or Monitoring Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with VMware AirWatch / Workspace ONE UEM.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Good understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
Preferred Skills:
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
