Implementation Project Manager

NPact is a software and service provider for nonprofits and foundations across the US and Canada, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates
• Track project risks, issues, and action items
• Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders
• Manage project scope and ensure deadlines are met
• Handle client escalations with professionalism and confidence
• Support successful go-live and project closure activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in software implementations
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Experience creating project plans, managing timelines, and delivering status reports
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience leading client-facing projects
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements
• Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working with nonprofits or foundations
• Experience with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT
