Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm that provides services to Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized organizations. They are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tagalog, Spanish
- Call Center / Customer service experience
- Must reside in one of these states – AZ, TX, UT, NV, ID
- Must be available Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM PST and willing to work evenings
- Candidates must use their own equipment that meets the specified requirements
- Candidates are required to pass pre-employment background screenings
- Associate degree
