Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of web programming technologies
- Knowledge of modern frontend technologies (Angular, Blazor, etc.)
- Understanding of AI tools and how they assist development teams
- Basic understanding of relational database design and querying concepts
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycles
- Aptitude to learn new technologies
- Ability to work after hours or on call as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of .NET and SQL
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Previous project experience as a software engineer where you’ve helped develop an application
- Knowledge of APIs and microservices
