ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions supporting critical business initiatives. You will develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Visualforce, build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, and contribute to the full development lifecycle through code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and technical design discussions. The role includes support for Experience Cloud and Agentforce capabilities as part of ongoing platform evolution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce;

- Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business requirements;

- Design and implement secure, scalable solutions following Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and sharing best practices;

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies;

- Participate in technical design discussions and collaborate with Product Managers, Administrators, Architects, QA, and other engineering teams;

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines;

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring platform reliability and performance;

- Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions;

- Support ongoing platform enhancements, including Experience Cloud and Agentforce capabilities when applicable;

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering best practices.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development;

- Advanced proficiency with Apex ;

- Advanced proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC) ;

- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flows ;

- Advanced proficiency with Visualforce ;

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, sharing model, and platform best practices;

- Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and scalable solution design;

- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware;

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills;

- Experience with Git-based source control and modern CI/CD practices;

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams;

- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience developing with Agentforce;

- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including responsive UI development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification;

- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
