Lead the marketing strategy across a portfolio of market-leading B2B exhibitions
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, content and partnerships
Oversee and develop a team of 6, with direct management of two talented marketing managers
Work closely with sales, content, operations and external partners to deliver exceptional events
Own campaign performance, reporting and optimisation using data and insight
Manage websites, marketing automation and CRM activity to maximise audience growth
Produce engaging content that resonates with engineering and manufacturing audiences
Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI across all marketing activity
Continually test, learn and innovate to improve campaign performance

Exhibitions or B2B events marketing experience (essential)
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
Strong digital marketing expertise across email, social, SEO, PPC and content
Experience managing or mentoring people (or you're ready to take that next leadership step)
Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach to decision making
Experience using CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
