Service Now Integrations Specilist

Experience

• 5-8 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3-5 years in ServiceNow development and integrations
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub , REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server
• Strong experience with at least 3-4 enterprise system integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, AWS, etc.)
• Experience with ITSM module integrations (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog)
• Demonstrated expertise in scripting and automation within ServiceNow platform

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response)
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and modern API gateway technologies
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica)
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design principles
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations and Now Assist capabilities
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and scoped application development
