Responsibilities:
- Take initial reports for auto and home insurance claims
- Provide claim status updates and answer process-related questions
- Assist customers with policy changes and general insurance inquiries
- Connect policyholders with claims adjusters for claim resolution
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and text
- Maintain strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Must be flexible and available to work any of the shifts listed
- Must be able to use own laptop, monitors, etc
- Provide customer support for insurance claims by assisting with claim intake, answering questions about the claims process, and resolving customer concerns
