PROCAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an IT Business Analyst focused on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role involves analyzing and improving warehouse, supply chain, and distribution operations, as well as leading software implementation and ensuring effective communication between technical and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of warehouse, supply chain, and distribution operations
- Experience with end-to-end integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution documentation
- Experience leading software implementation, rollout, and deployment activities
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client warehouse locations across the U.S
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of warehouse, supply chain, and distribution operations
- Experience with end-to-end integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems

- Experience with enterprise WMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with system testing, UAT, and production deployments
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills
