Business Analyst

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking highly motivated Business Analysts to join their growing team across the United States. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement elicitation sessions
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
• Create process flow diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Business Analytics, Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline
• 0–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
