ESP Global Services is a provider of customized 24/7 Global IT support solutions, and they are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their growing team serving the aviation industry. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales process within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with prospective customers through phone outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and industry research
- Build relationships with organizations across the aviation ecosystem, including airlines, airports, MROs, FBOs, aircraft operators, and aviation service providers
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with key decision-makers
- Learn about clients' business objectives and challenges
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs
- Present solutions that help improve operational efficiency, cybersecurity, technology performance, and business outcomes
- Partner with senior sales and technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions and proposals
- Assist with presentations, demonstrations, pricing discussions, and follow-up activities
- Help move opportunities through the sales pipeline from initial contact to close
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Consistently follow up on opportunities and nurture long-term relationships
- Track personal performance metrics and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Experience making outbound calls, prospecting, or generating sales opportunities
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach, and phone communication to engage prospects
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated by achieving goals and earning uncapped commissions
- Experience selling technology, business services, SaaS, telecommunications, or professional services
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
- Interest in aviation, technology, cybersecurity, or managed services
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
