Initio Capital helps established eCommerce brands scale on TikTok Shop with a performance-based offer. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to source qualified brands and engage with decision-makers to book strategy calls for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified brands
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Start conversations with decision-makers
- Qualify prospects against our ICP
- Book strategy calls for our sales team
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous appointment-setting or SDR experience
- Comfortable engaging founders and executives
- Strong written English
- Self-managed and proactive
- Experience in eCommerce, TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, performance marketing, or agencies is a major plus
- Experience selling to 7-figure and 8-figure brands
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop
- Existing network within eCommerce
- Experience using Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
