Responsibilities:

• You will be the driving force behind leading the success and growth of our clients, whilst also championing your own team
• As a member of senior leadership, you will collaborate with many other leaders in the business to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and drive continuous business growth
• You will also be responsible for crafting team culture
• You’ll lead the development of client strategies and strive to become their best partner
• Use Epsilon’s advanced online marketing and MarTech solutions to develop measurable value and encourage client retention and growth
• You’ll lead, mentor and coach a team, ensuring they reach their full potential while contributing to client success
• The role is highly collaborative, working with various internal and external stakeholders to integrate and deliver objective-based solutions
