Workforce PayHub is a leading provider of innovative Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) solutions designed to streamline HR processes. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HCM/Payroll Business Development Representative to join our sales team and promote our industry-leading solutions to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various sales methods such as B2B networking, cold calling, attending networking events, and other lead generation activities
- Manage pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets
- Furthering relationships through active community involvement
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our HRIS solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and pricing packages tailored to the client's specific needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with activity management through HubSpot
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position our solutions in the market
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
- Alignment with Workforce PayHub brand, vision, mission and core values
Requirements:
- Two + years of similar experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in HRIS or related technology solutions
- Sales process and pipeline management experience required
- Strong organization and time management skills required
- Understanding of Payroll/HCM/HRIS technology and its application in improving HR processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Active driver's license and vehicle
- Professional attitude and appearance is a must
- Prior experience in selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
