BuildASign is a company that makes it easy and affordable for people to share their message through custom products. They are seeking a Product Manager to own customer-facing commerce experiences and work closely with various teams to launch new products and improve the shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through launch
- Drive enhancements across Product Detail Pages (PDP), catalog, pricing, merchandising, cart, and personalization experiences
- Launch new products and product capabilities in partnership with Product Marketing and Engineering
- Break down business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
- Partner with UX to validate solutions using wireframes, prototypes, and customer feedback before development
- Facilitate grooming, estimation, sprint planning, UAT, and release planning with Engineering and QA
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage dependencies across multiple teams
- Use analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and business metrics to prioritize the roadmap
- Monitor product performance post-launch and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Communicate product updates, risks, and timelines clearly to business and engineering stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS
- Experience managing customer-facing digital products from concept to launch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Comfortable working in Agile product development environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern web technologies
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional product organizations
- Experience with personalization or product customization platforms
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, nopCommerce, or similar
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and web analytics
